It’s called the employment ice age, and we are trying hard not to be left behind in a world of hard change. In this article, I’m going to share with you some of the “I can’t find a job!” stories I’ve heard around me when I’m re-entering the workforce or changing jobs. I will share the story of how I overcame the difficulties of the first year. I hope this will be helpful to those who are considering returning to work or changing jobs.

1. hold regular meetings with colleagues in action
Although it varies from person to person, you have to expect that the job search will be a “long process”. When there was a two-year gap in my job search, what really helped me was a closed group of former colleagues who were in the midst of their job search, called the “Jobchange Friendship Group,” which gave me regular reports on my progress and shared information on agents that I could rely on, such as know-how on how to prepare for interviews. We regularly reported on our progress and shared information on everything from interview preparation to reliable agents. When a job became available, members left the group, but we maintained an atmosphere in which we could engage in activities calmly and without being rushed. I realized how reassuring it is to have a group of friends who can say, “You’re not alone”, no matter how hard it is.

2. changing the way I look for jobs
In general, many people use the Internet to search for jobs on company job sites or job information sites, search for keywords or register as a scout. In some cases, you may also go to Hello Work to search and receive referrals. What you need to understand there is “multiplier”.

It is not easy to find and apply for jobs that match you efficiently in a limited amount of time. You must also make an effort to explore job sites and methods.

Look for job openings through employee referral slots from people you know.
Utilize facebook’s corporate job search
Connect with agents on Facebook and get referrals.
Search for domestic jobs from international job sites

3. changing the desired job title
What you want to prioritize is up to you, but the story of one of my acquaintances is that he was able to continue working in the IT industry by making the choice to leave his technical career. It would be a lie to say that he wasn’t initially comfortable with the idea of getting out of engineering, but rather, he decided to accept that taking a detour is a common occurrence in the game and in the real world in order to pursue his vision.

Let’s be positive that it’s not impossible to change departments after you join the company and later turn your experience in non-IT engineering positions into a strength. Try to keep a broad perspective and broaden the range of desired job types without getting too narrowly focused on a specific type of job.

Finally
I would like to send out information and activities so that everyone can live a vibrant and happy life. If you would like to support me, it would be very encouraging if you could react by clicking on the “Like” button or sharing the article.

P.S.
There’s one game I’m really into these days. I’ve posted a link to it as well, since it’s a great way to earn some pocket money.
